Between us, we’ve worked on more than 30 projects involving renovating and developing. We help property owners reimagine their property by guiding them through the process required to make that happen, start to finish.

I’ve been investing in property for over 20 years now. Initially my main focus was selling vendor finance homes, and with that I used a range of other strategies such as renovations. Along the way I’ve been an owner-builder for my own house, which was a challenge I loved, as well as co-ordinating small scale developments.
I combine my extensive property investing experience with excellent research and organisational skills for project co-ordination.

I’ve renovated several houses, from simple cosmetic work, kitchens and bathrooms, through to moving walls, building an extension and reconfiguring floor plans to maximise efficiency.
All that practical experience means I have the skills to schedule, co-ordinate and supervise the necessary tradespeople, and can jump on the tools if needed to get the job done.

Renovation, design, styling, development possibilities, feasibilities, site selection, project supervision, coordination of tradies, budgeting – we can be involved in as little or as much of your property reimagination as you choose. Every client is catered for as an individual.
