Water Damaged Apartment

This modern apartment had issues with water seepage in both bedrooms and the living room. Although it had been patched up a couple of times, it took a long time to resolve the water leakage issues (which were occurring higher in the building) leading to reoccuring seepage. In the kitchen area there was ongoing leakage from the mixer tap, leading to damage to both the floorboards and the fridge cavity.
The apartment is also getting older, and the owner wanted it given a general overhaul in preparation for sale.
